Steven M. Resnick handles all facets of family law and matrimonial litigation matters, including divorce, business valuations, high net worth matters, real estate issues, appellate division services, domestic violence, custody and visitation issues. He recently broke new legal ground in New Jersey on the subject of parental alienation, and has also recently argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on family law issues.

A former family court judge of Superior Court for New Jersey and former prosecutor, is a passionate and fierce advocate for families assistance in the legal system. She specializes in all legal matters involving domestic violence, custodial issues, parenting time, and divorce, especially when an imbalance of power or other forms of abuse are present.

Catherine, who is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York, graduated from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark in 2006. She received her B.A. in Political Science in 2002 (minoring in Psychology) from Rutgers College where she graduated with highest honors in Political Science.
